Editorial Policy for the SPA Web site (March 11, 2000):
Editorial policy supports confidence in sources and protection of users.
RULES: Notices contain headings with AUTHOR'S NAME and AFFILIATION. Unsigned mail is discarded.

DIRECTORY: On-line listings provide a means to promote local teams, to support interaction between official team representatives and the parent community, and to aid new members.
