The Southern Pacific Association (SPA) is a subsidiary of United States Diving, Inc. - the non-profit governing body of springboard and platform diving in the United States. SPA serves California's San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and Imperial counties. It sanctions the area's competitions and registers its divers, coaches, and teams with U.S. Diving at 201 S. Capitol Ave., Ste. 430, Indianapolis, IN 46225.
